I can set up a php nuke webpage with admin control so even you could make changes to you own page! I will build it up but I you want you can do that also! It’s your Page.
What Do You Need To Have a Webpage?
You Will Need a Hosting (That’s Were the Page is) and You Will Need a Domain (That is The Address of your Webpage (www.yourpage.com)
Also I Need All You Can Tell Me to Put On your Webpage, Pictures You Would Like On Your Webpage ECT. I only build for Essex at till I start this as a business
You will have to get the hosting as this costs about £30 a year. I use wiser hosting but as long as you get a host with php and Database that will do.
Also a domain name that will cost you about £10 for the first 2 years. I use Wiser domains to keep it simple but any domain company will do.
The website itself is a hard one i need to know about your requirments.

Website planning and development adding the php website structure and changeing the look of the page or a template.
Website design, graphics creation, coding, flashing, programming.

6) Describe what images would give your website visitor an understanding of your website from the very first glance.
7) Suggest a color scheme that you like.
8) Provide your logo in the best quality available or list your requirements and suggestions for the new logo style.
9) List your website competitors.
10) Provide your specific requirements for design if any.(some of my webpages, this will help)
11) Provide the home page content and suggested home page layout (or list the elements that should be present on the home page).
